The Main Course is a 27 hour course designed as a balanced curriculum to simply install a thought process and understanding of cooking without recipes. We call it The Language of Cooking. It allows us to open the cupboard and simply cook while providing a structure for storing information of cooking and dining experiences.
Our intimate classroom offers an up close and personal participation during the demonstration portion of the course. The Main Course creates opportunity for students to utilize both intuitive and logical sides of thinking. The results are the ability to cook easily with any ingredient and make it taste good.
The benefits of this whole foods cooking program is that it teaches how to eat in order to create or maintain good health.
