The Natural Cook® – Basic Course is an entry-level 27 hour course designed as a balanced curriculum to simply install a thought process and understanding of cooking without recipes. We call this system, “The Language of Cooking Without Recipes.” It allows us to open the cupboard and simply cook while providing a structure for storing information of all cooking and dining experiences. The Natural Cook program utilizes both intuitive and logical sides of thinking. The results are the ability to cook easily with any ingredient and make it taste good.
The benefits of this whole foods cooking program is that it teaches how to use food to maintain good health.
