Review The Basic Course:

For graduates of The Basic Course who would like access to the classroom videos and materials in addition to the 7 week course time-frame, the material is available through the online classroom.  If you have studied online previously, you will use the username and password from your original class.  If you are coming from a studio classroom, please put the name of your instructor and the month/yr of your enrollment date in the referral box of the registration form.

Unlike the classroom that begins near the first of the month.  You can begin your 6 month review subscription within 24 hours of purchasing. YOU MUST TELL US WHAT DAY YOU WANT TO BEGIN.  SELECT THE MONTH UPON REGISTERING AND TELL US THE DAY of choice IN YOUR REGISTRATION, OR IT WILL BEGIN ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH.  

Your subscription will automatically cancel after 6 months, unless you re-subscribe.  And there will be email messages giving you several days advance notice.

In this review section, each primary element topic is opened separately, but unit one of the Basic Course,  The Language of Cooking is included with each.

Bonus: Both the Visual Rhythm -knife skills class and a special sauce section are  included for Basic Course Complete subscribers.
